RESPONSE
RESPONSE, one of the UK's fastest growing outsource contact centres, has launched an innovative new web site aimed at further improving customer service.

With a growing client base of over 20 blue chip clients in more than 10 major sectors, from airlines and financial services to utilities and telecommunications, RESPONSE operates a pan-European, internet enabled, customer contact centre employing more than 500 people.

This new website is part of a £3 million investment Response Handling has made in new technology over the past year.
